1. Cardio day
15 minutes on elliptical

25 minutes on recumbent bike

It's easier to read on the recumbent bike so I tend to favor it.

4. I'm leaving for a jog... in about 5 minutes
I'm hoping my foot will cooperate so that I can go 2.5 miles.

5. I walked my 2 miles
but didn't do the steps. Time constraints because I only had an hour's worth of change for the meter. I plan to do upper body work while watching TV tonight.

;)

We have weight equipment in our basement. Last year when I started working out, we put a TV down there, so I do most of my weight workouts during Stewart/Colbert or while I'm waiting for the washer to fill. I think it's why I'm more consistent with weights than cardio -- I can get my workout in in 15-20 minutes chuncks.
