wow, just found this forum, need advice
I am trying to loose weight and build muscle. I've lost weight before, gained it back. I need to loose about 15 lbs. This time around I really do want to do it for my health and for some reason that it making it less of a chore than the other time.

I can do the cardio on my own. Weight training though I need HELP!!! I actually am doing well with my lower body. I would love info on arms and abs though. I would prefer videos that are strictly arms and abs. No cardio mixed in or "all in one" moves. I'm not very coordinated and feel like I'm wasting my time with those. Books also. I've bought videos before, and I guess I underestimate my fitness level as they don't seem at all challenging when it comes to my arms and core.

I've used some of their older videos and really liked them.

You might look at the "jiggle free" ones.

2. I would recommend you join a gym or YM/WCA ...
they would have the equipment you would need. If you decide join a gym, shop around if possible; a good gym will help you design a start up program.

If I couldn't work out at home I probably never would. Here's a great site with a ton of video reviews. I never buy a video without checking here first: http://www.videofitness.com/

Good luck on your fitness quest! I've been strength training for about 8 months now & I love it. I am starting to see definition in places I never thought I would! That nasty little jiggle on my upper arm is gone & I plan on wearing sleeveless tops this summer -- a frist in many years!!
