Monday, 3/26: I worked out today--did you?
Legs:

Superset: Power Squat / Hack Squat
Seated Leg Press
Abductor
Adductor
Leg Extensions
Seated Leg Curls
Seated Calf Raises

Abs (usually don't have time, but got there early)

30 mins stationary bike

1. I did!
45 minutes on the elliptical (interval setting) and then into the weight room for arms, chest, shoulders and upper back.

2. Yeah, man! I swam a mile and a half.
I've been doing this three times a week really regularly for a while now and I've recently started some weight training as well. It's all going well.

3. Looks like a good workout for you,
I didn't workout today yet but I'll try to do some bench presses when I get home and maybe deadlifts if I get time. My wrist is still bothering me so we'll see how it feels so I don't make it worse.

4. Yeah, I wanted to do something I haven't done in a while ...
and the superset was great. I gonna try to do one superset all this week. I'm also there early, so if I do it at the beginning of the workout, I don't have to worry about someone wanting the machine.

Sorry about the wrist; hope it's nothing serious.

5. I think it's just a mild sprain nothing serious but I
don't want to make it worse so I can't lift for a month. I'll see how if feels, if that doesn't work I'll go running.
