I didn't workout today yet but I'll try to do some bench presses when I get home and maybe deadlifts if I get time. My wrist is still bothering me so we'll see how it feels so I don't make it worse.
4. Yeah, I wanted to do something I haven't done in a while ...
and the superset was great. I gonna try to do one superset all this week. I'm also there early, so if I do it at the beginning of the workout, I don't have to worry about someone wanting the machine.
