Worked the shoulders, then did abs and cardio. Another good morning.

1. Walking is out for me for awhile.
About 2-1/2 weeks ago, I tripped and bent the two middle toes of my left foot. It hurt like hell at first and then they were sore and bruised for a couple of days but got better and better. Yesterday I wore some different shoes and they started hurting. After just a couple of hours, they hurt so bad, I changed into my athletic shoes that I keep at work for walking. My toes ached so much overnight that I kept waking up. So today I'm wearing a cast shoe left from when I broke my ankle about ten years ago. They still hurt. If it doesn't get better, I may have to go to the doctor, though in looking online, it doesn't look like there's much they can do for broken toes.

4. OUCH, I've broken several toes and there isn't much they can do
if it's a clean break they usually just tape it to the next one and try to stay off of it as much as possible. I would say breaking my toes and thumb hurt worse than anything else I have broken in my life. Get well soon.

3. I hit my legs today with some isolation exercises since my back
problems still exist, but it feels better today.

Warm up 5 minutes on treadmill
Leg extension 5 x 12,10,8,6,12
Leg Curls 3 x 12,10,8
Seated Calf raises 4 x 12,12,10,10
Leg press calf raises 4 x 12, 12, 10, 9 (I did do one set of leg presses and it felt good no pain at all)

10 minutes of cardio on recumbent bike

Overall a pretty good workout.
