Daily Exercise Thread 2/24/05
I was SO GOOD today! I got up early and did an aerobics workout at home for thirty minutes. And I am on Day Four of South Beach. And I have not cheated ONCE, not at all, even today when there was a co-worker birthday party and I had to go in order to be polite and they had HOME-MADE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES and HOME-MADE GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE! Uuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

But I did NOT have one bite!

If I live through these first two weeks I'm damn well going to have some carbs, for sure.

2. Cardio
Didn't get up early enough for my morning work and the weather kept me from going to the climbing gym.
Did a cardio exercise of running 1/8 mile then stop and do some strength exercise.
run
bench press
run
Saxon side bends
run
wrist roller
run
Dragon Flags
repeat the whole thing over again.

4. that's the way!
Last night was a swim night for me, then legs. Not too much swimming, only 400 meters, because I was low on time and wanted to get to lift. I have done SOME form of exercise for 5 out of the last 5 days -- this just might be a personal FIRST, at least since the end of junior high school P.E.!

Congrats for passing on the sweets. Reflect: you will have approximately 60,000 more eating occasions in your lifetime!
