This morning I jogged 3.5 miles.

What did/will you do today?

1. I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga this morning.
Have to wait and see how hot it is before deciding on a lunch walk.

3. No. Spent a good part of the day going to/from dermatologist
and getting stuff cut off while there. Then spent time at hosp outpatient clinic (easier than going to see primary care physician) getting tetanus shot for the dog bite from Friday and the nail I stepped on yesterday afternoon. Just could not get worked up to work out today.
