Wednesday, 6/21: Planning an afternoon workout--how about you?
I slept in this morning, but I've got a bag packed for the gym for this afternoon.

It will be either an upper-body or a leg day in the weight room. If it's not too hot, I'll jog. Otherwise I'll do either the StairMaster or the indoor rowing machine AND the elliptical.

What's up for you folks today?

1. I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga this morning.
I was still a little sore from Monday, but knew working out would help.

3. Elliptical - 4 miles and 320 calories burned in 41 minutes.
I'm pooped and need to keep this up on a regular basis so I get in better shape.

4. Tried to workout in garage at 8:30 and...
still sweated buckets. It's getting hot here in Memphis

Incline BB bench press
Flat DB bench press
Decline DB flyes

Tricep pushdowns
DB overhead extensions
