Thursday, June 1: I worked out, did you?
Normal 30 minutes of cardio for me this morning.

1. I sure did. Biceps and back and 20 minutes of cardio afterward.
And the results of my workouts, and the change in my diet (5 - 6 small meals a day, with more protein and fruits and vegetables and less carbs) and adding some supplements (whey protein and creatine for now), are definitely starting to show. I can tell by looking in the mirror that lean muscle is being added and my body fat is decreasing (albeit slowly). I have a LOT more energy. And I have the motivation to push myself even harder.

You didn't ask for my life history, I know, but I'm pleased with my progress thus far. :-)
