Gym first thing for upper body work, then 7 mile bicycle ride, then 1 hour walking behind power mower, with another hour to do when it's cooler this evening.
It wasn't for long -- maybe 25 minutes -- because both by batteries are dead and my neighborhood is too hilly to go even a block without the motor. But the second one lasted about 20 minutes, long enough to work up and sweat and convince myself that I still know how to ride. :) I plan to ride to work this summer so I guess I need some new batteries.
