Thursday, 5/4: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning gang!

today I did my ab routine (and added some reps and even a new exercise) and then I did 15 minutes on the rowing machine and 25 minutes on the elliptical.

More ladder climbing, scraping, and painting today. After a bit of rest, will attack the free weights in the back yard for a few bench press and preacher curls.
