platform deadlifts to 270. Going bouldering at the gym tonight.

1. Yes I did.
10 mile ride on the bicycle early this morning. Later went to gym and did multiple sets on all the leg machines, plus free weights up-right rows, incline dumbbell bench press and incline flyes.
