Daily Exercise Thread - 2/16/05
Whew! I did my Firm DVD this morning and my arms are feeling stronger. I 've had weak back muscles and this is helping.

I'm going to go for another afternoon stretch and another evening turn on the treadmill.

I've lost 2.5 lbs since I started. :-D

1. did some weightlifting at lunch
didn't completely finish, as I was starting to feel a little ill, and needed to be back at the office anyhow.

2. I tried to do Zumba class,
but alas, I am just not an aerobics girl. I thought zumba would be fun because they use salsa dance steps instead of just boring ole aerobic steps. But about 2/3rds through I got really bored and had to leave. I will stick with yoga and running for now.

Congrats on the weight loss :yourock:

4. My first check in.
I have started walking and jogging three time per week. Today I walked over 3 miles at a fast pace, and jogged about 1/3 of the time, at a slow pace. I'm working my way up to being able to jog the full 3 miles.
