Tuesday, 3/28: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning gang!

Today, I did a leg and lower back workout and then did 20 minutes on the elliptical (hill program) and 15 minutes on the indoor rowing machine.

(For the record, yesterday, I jogged 3 miles, and then did my usual ab workout.)

1. Not me. Another sick day.
Too sick to go to the gym to share germs with innocent people, not sick enough to go to the doctor. I stayed near the house coughing, eating soup and drinking tea, and spouse went shopping with granddaughter for clothing for great grandson who will be among us in about 4 months.

When I get healthy, my goal is to bench press my 75 lb hex dumbbells (I'm doing sets with 50 lb now), haven't used them in 5 years, since I was a young man of 58 - two rotator cuff injuries ago. I've been looking at them, just haven't picked 'em up yet.

5. I did an hour of Pilates
Then an hour at the gym.

Unfortunately, my back has been so inflamed that both hours were spent doing a lot of stretching just so I could actually exercise... but at least I did get some cardio in at the gym (on the elliptical and the bike) - still need to get an MRI to see what discs are affected. :(
