Tuesday, 3/21: Still not quiet there yet... missing you all
Well, you're all still HERE, as am I, but you know, I feel out of kinship when I'm not sweating w/ you all.

1. Spouse and I went to gym today
treadmill before and after machines, good machine workout in the middle - arms, shoulders, and abdominals. Yard work this afternoon, weatherman predicted 85 (N. central Fla). Retirement has become my friend.

Spouse is going to try out water aerobics tomorrow, and I have decided to give a try to riding my bicycle to gym (unless it rains) and bypass the treadmill.
