I went to my first 'circuit training' 24 HR. fitness tonite.....
found out just HOW much out of shape I am. egads.
actually felt nauseous and a bit dizzy and had to take a break for a bit. i hadn't eaten much today and think (hope) that was the cause of it. what a workout. weight training intermixed with cardio.
phew.

1. Sometimes if I hit it hard after not training for awhile,
I feel kind of nauseous. I like it in a weird way, and it usually passes quickly.

2. I think the first couple of times are really hard.
When I first joined my gym and started working out with my trainer... gah... those first two days. :scared:

Let's just say, I have a lot of stairs in my house and it wasn't pretty. :( But it does get better. Good luck and keep up the good work! :woohoo:
