Monday, 3/6. I worked out today- did you?
I went to yoga (again). I think I strained my lower back. I'm definitely taking tomorrow off. I think four days in a row is enough, plus I took a different, harder class yesterday and I felt very heavy and logy today.

2. I have a light, upper-body only day.
I was just diagnosed with arthritis in my left hip. I have a congenital problem with it anyway and lately it's really been acting up. So when I saw my PT today for my neck (yes, I'm a mess, I know...) I asked her to take a look at it. It's really inflamed, she worked on it and now I have to take about three days off from any lower-body stuff. :( Sucks. :(

Hope your back feels better. Give your muscles a rest. :hi:

4. Yes, I did
Went to my new gym today, and did a circuit on their machines (12 of them). The young lady there told me I should do the circuit 3 times, three days a week after I get used to them. Also did 30 minutes on the treadmill, and some of my favorite dumbbell exercises for shoulders and arms.

I predict a sound sleep tonight.
