Today was upper body weight day, plus 35 minutes on the elliptical. :bounce:

1. Pilates for an hour
I really like this instructor's style..very cool. You leave feeling like you worked your muscles and stretched them.

2. 90 minute yoga class
I went to a new yoga studio today and took a more challenging class. It was a little hard for me, as I'm still working with my neck injury, but I'm glad I went.

Then 35 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes of weights. :woohoo:

4. Another 100 minutes on the elliptical.
And some stretching afterwards, as much as I could do while my 110-pound dog was trying to sit on me. :)
