Wednesday, 2/8 I worked out today. Did you?
Where's Miss Millie?

Did a bunch of situps this AM.

I started some ART(Active Release Therapy) therapy for my shoulder on Monday and he want me to lay off any over head work for a couple of weeks so no climbing, benches or kettlebells, I'll have to hit the treadmill for some cardio.

2. Barely
Got the dumbbells out, got 15 sets done and my body said go back inside, so I did. Didn't useta listen to my body, but I've discovered that some days it pays to do so.

Seemunkee, did you hurt your shoulder with workouts? I messed up a rotator cuff three different times lifting (read poor technique with too much weight). That's why I've started paying more attention to form, using lighter weights with more sets/reps.

I don't know what it was, but my heart just wasn't in it the past couple of days. I'm back on track today though.

It's funny, because I didn't want to go to the gym this morning either, but I did. Seems I'm never sorry when I go to the gym.
