4. A synopsis of my week.
Mon:Elliptical and circuit plus free weights and abs on the ball.

Wed:As above.

Fri:As above, except I repeated the circuit and free weights, achieving major muscle fatigue.

Sat: Interval run on the treadmill.

I'm trying to get back in shape after a new management job I hired into,two years ago, took me away from my workout routines. At the same time, I started going to lots of business lunch and dinner meetings plus combined with being in my late forties...boom forty extra pounds and seriously out of shape.

Fortunately, I know what it takes to get back, I'm just trying not to wear myself out. I love this forum. :hi: MKJ
