Today I did a leg and lower back workout in the strength equipment room. Then I jogged 1 mile on the treadmill (YUK! I'm sticking to the track from now on) and then 20 minutes on the indoor rowing machine.
10 sets each of 6 different exercises (10 - 15 reps each set) using free weights (I use lower weights than I did in my 50s). Going on bicycle ride shortly.
