Tuesday, 1/31: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good Morning!

Today I did a leg and lower back workout in the strength equipment room. Then I jogged 1 mile on the treadmill (YUK! I'm sticking to the track from now on) and then 20 minutes on the indoor rowing machine.

How did you guys make out today?

3. An hour of yoga, then 30 minutes of Pilates.
Later I'm going to try to hit the gym for a little cardio.

4. Yes, I did.
10 sets each of 6 different exercises (10 - 15 reps each set) using free weights (I use lower weights than I did in my 50s). Going on bicycle ride shortly.

i think it was an interval class...the instructor never said. :shrug: anyway, got a good workout & a great sweat!

8. I got up this AM and did a half hour worth of asanas.
Not great, but it's tough to keep going when you're on the road.
