Today was chest, triceps and 35 minutes of cardio.

And then I went to have a massage. And now I think I'm going to drink a lot of water and have a nap. I guess you could call today a "light" day. :rofl:

Swam about 30 laps and had a nice long soak in the hot tub (the real reason I swim). It's a nice day, I may go play some disc golf.
