Monday, 1/15 - I worked out today, did you?
I went to yoga! (Again!) I bet all of you are really, really SHOCKED! :rofl:

I think I'm going to have to start mixing it up soon, but on the other hand, I'm not bored yet and I lost 2 1/2 pounds last week, so it's still working for me!

1. I didn't. I played golf (rode a cart).
I'll be back in the gym tomorrow. I needed a day off from the gym anyway. I'd gone 4 days in a row at least.

3. Another intense half hour, working up to more time and more intensity.
A bout of some kind of viral something stopped me in my tracks this weekend. I didn't lose anything over that time...interval training treadmill, circuit training and weights. Ready for tomorrow. MKJ

Then I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, some single leg presses and leg curls, plus some squats.

Close Grip smith machine benchpress
incline DB presses
Dips
Decline DB Presses
EZ bar curls
Straight bar curls

Good workout. Forgot my mp3 player and had to listen to all the 60+ crowd hacking and coughing the whole time. It's a bit distracting.
