Saturday, 1/14 - I worked out today, did you?
Today was chest, triceps and 30 minutes of cardio.

1. I went to a *different* yoga class.
Instead of my regular hot yoga I went to a vinyasa class in my neighborhood. It's nice to try something different, and I certainly would like to support my local yoga instructor, but it wasn't anywhere NEAR as intense as I'm used to at hot yoga. Now, it was an *introductory* vinyasa class, so maybe I'll go back and try the regular vinyasa class tomorrow and see if it's a little more satisfying. I've become accustomed to coming out of yoga class feeling as if every cell in my body has been put through a wringer -- and I *like* it.

2. I did 100 minutes on the elliptical interrupted by
helping my husband with his new phone. While I exercised, I cheered my Longhorns during their win over third-ranked Villanova. :)

standing and sitting calf raises
db shrugs

Pretty good workout.

6. Yes I did
abs and some kettlebell in the AM. Went to the gym to climb in the afternoon and finished it off with 10 minutes on the bike.
