Today was chest, triceps and 30 minutes of cardio.

1. I did
This week, I joing a fitness center right next to my apartment building...so, there's no excuses about sloughing off.

I started yesterday, actually...it was chest, triceps, abs and 20 minutes of cardio.

Today was biceps, back, legs and 20 minutes of cardio.

I feel sore today....it's been 3 years since I've worked out. I'm using light weights for now with strict adherence to form.

I have a visual in my head of what I want to achieve. I'll get there. :-)

2. Good form is more important than the weight.
Congratulations on starting your new regimen. Checking in here every day is a good way to keep accountability.

Made it to six because I got caught up in what I was watching and forgot to quit walking.
