2. I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga this morning.
I think the pilates is really starting to pay off. I have lost a couple of inches off my waist, where I need to lose the most, and my abs & back just feel stronger.
I've been working up to five miles for a while. Now the goal is to get to five miles in less time... but 3.2 mph is about as fast as I dare walk (short legs.)
My lower back is not bothering me as much as it was, and I had another strong class. My "bow" is looking GREAT and I will soon hit 25 classes attended! :woohoo:
