1. I think I have tendinitis in my fingers
It started after I did deadlifts. I plan to go running on the street for 30 minutes today. I have a few 5k's coming up and need to get my cardio back.

6. Too cold and rainy for a bike ride so I "rode" my elliptical.
Only two miles in half an hour but better than nothing! :)

7. I didn't... and feel terrible about it
between getting up an hour late and arriving at the gym w/ a terrible headache, I just didn't have it in me to exercise.
