Wednesday, 10/26: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: good morning


I'm babying my hip today, so I did 30 minutes on the recumbant bike, and then I went into the weight room for pec machine, tricep extender, lat pulldown and rowing weights. I also did my ab work.


I'm really hoping that I can keep my hip from getting to inflamed. I have a feeling that I'm losing the battle. This morning, someone asked me if I was limping. I guess it's obvious that I'm favoring it.

As I do almost every weekday. 5 miles on a bike, street riding to get to school and back home :)
