Monday, 10/17: I worked out today--did you?
I managed to get a jog in this morning. I did run the full 3.1 miles and I did do the chest press, shoulder press, the leg adductor and the leg abductor.... but didn't get to my usual knee work (I just plain tuckered out).

How did you all do today?

1. I sure did. I swam 1.25 miles and had a great bike ride to work.

4. I just did yoga today.
This is the first day in almost a week that I felt like getting out of bed. I have been really sick & weak.

6. Did some elliptical and treadmill
Also some step-ups. I got dizzy, though, and had to stop early. It's one of the side-effects of the epidural injection I had last week, apparently.

8. I had a spinal done once
I was having a cyst removed from the ole tailbone. They did a spinal. Wow, did that hurt like a motherfucker when it wore off since they apparently nicked or bruised the nerves when the did it. It felt like an ice pick being ground into my lower back and NOTHING helped.

For exercise I pulled out the 24 kg kettlebell and used it & jump roped. Last week I lifted due to the Massachusetts 10-day-long deluge.

7. Going to the pool now
Last week I did almost a half mile in a half hour - tonight I'll try to get closer to an actual half mile. It's 49 lengths. I'll go for 44 since I did 40 last time.

10. I rode home without my motor.
I rode the non-electric bike as the e-bike is going to the shop for a tune-up. Boy, did I miss it! Those hills are just too tough! It took me almost two hours! After 25 miles yesterday and Friday, I think I'm going to take tomorrow off from riding. :(
