3. 30 minutes on elliptical set to intervals.
Then some leg presses, leg curls, some light tricep/bicep work.

Each day I'm getting a bit stronger but I'm still taking it slowly.

4. Isn't the interval setting great?
I notice a big difference when I use the interval setting instead of something else.

Tomorrow is leg day for me. :bounce:

8. If I don't...I get fat and gross.
Now I'm slightly less fat and gross. ;)

Seriously though...I feel better when I work out. More energy throughout the day. :)

9. I did a solo 25-mile ride on my bike today.
Well, me and the motor. But I had to use it sparingly because I couldn't be sure that the battery would last the entire trip and I wouldn't want to be stuck with that heavy bike on a big hill. It was a great, FUN ride that Mr. Longhorn and I are going to repeat tomorrow morning, with a stop in town for breakfast. :)
