several things going on but whats really helped me cope with the stress is the daily exercise. I've been told for many years that it can help your stress level but never bought into until the last 3 months, it's the one that i think really helps.
(which are well documented) keeping a routine helps with the psychological aspects. I find that even when it seems the rest of my life is falling apart, if I can keep to my exercise schedule, I feel more "normal".
