I just got back from a rousing 45 minutes on the elliptical machine.

1. I did....
I'm actually very happy with myself. I couldn't make it to the gym because I had a pretty heavy workload today. So, I did a 35 min cardio DVD and I did my upper body workout at home. Normally, I would have sat it out. :)

I did a light shoulder/delt workout, then hit the elliptical. I'm starting a cutting phase, so I'm gonna get grumpy.

4. a cutting phase is when you lower calories to
reduce bf % without losing much muscle. It's what bodybuilders do before a show, if that helps.
