Thursday, 10/6: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi:

I went out for a jog this morning (about 3 miles) and then went to the weight room for triceps, lat pulldown, pecs, row, and my usual knee work.


How did you guys all do today?

1. Deadlifts to 295
Did a few singles and went up to 295. Felt pretty good with plenty left in the tank.

2. Yesterday afternoon was tai-chi & belly dancing.
This morning was a walk & yoga.
I am in the process of increasing my walks to 5 miles 5 x a week before I start adding running.

3. 45 minutes jogging on mini-tramp

(broken into 3 15 minute sessions). Crunches and other ab, butt and core work - 30 minutes.

Oops, that was yesterday.

4. Woke up feeling sick today
It could just be that I've driven myself nuts with worry about what my MRI results are (I find out at 2 today). I didn't go to the gym today. :(
