Wednesday, 10/5: I worked out today--did you?
I did my weekly spinning class. I would normally go into the weight room after that, but I had a guest at my gym today, and hosts have to stay w/ their guests. She was pressed for time, so I skipped the weight room for one day and just hit the showers.

How about you folks?

1. Yes, I did my morning swim workout.
One and a quarter mile free-style with a little breast stroke mixed in.

5. I'm on my way to a second week of commuting four days by bike.
I road home today so unless I hitch a ride back tomorrow, I'm on my bike. Cold front is due to come in overnight; high in the 70s! :)
