MissMillie-you inspired me, i signed up for a 5k

and my 11 year old daughter is doing the 1/2 mile kids run before the 5k starts.

I promise, no matter what your level of fitness (I am S-S-S-L-L-O-O-O-W-W-W!!!!) you will love the atmosphere at a 5K or 10K run. People are always so supportive and you can even get some good tips from people (one of the places I learned about "running clubs"). Plus there's always the added bonus of helping a charity you deem worthy, and don't forget the free T-shirt.
