Tuesday, 10/4: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good Morning!

I used a new machine today. It's called a FreeRunner (not to be confused with Free Republic :puke:) and it's made by StairMaster. I'm not sure if I liked it or not. My shoulders felt a little tense after 30 minutes on it, but that may be due to poor posture, or... who knows.

I also did my stint in the weight room (leg adductor, leg abductor, chest press, shoulder press, and my usual ab work).

How about you guys today?

1. Did belly dancing & tai-chi yesterday afternoon.
This morning was walking & yoga.

3. Deadlifts and it felt heavy
I've been doing them tuesday and thursday consistently for about 6 weeks but missed last thursday. Today it felt hard. I'll have to make sure I do it this thursday since I will be off all next week.

5. 30 mins. on the elliptical
Leg presses, chest presses, squats and some flexibility for my shoulders.

Hopefully I'll get my MRI results back today.:)

Up 20 lbs on the Smith machine military press? Check.

Shrugs with the biggest dumbells in the joint? Check.
