But I hope to get a lot of exercise jumping up and down, whooping and hollering, watching the Longhorns football game. :)

2. i did 60 minutes on the treadmill and i usually watch tv for the hour but
today the only thing i could find was Andy Griffith I so put on my ipod, turned the sound down on the tv and lemme tell ya, Mayberry looks pretty weird when you're listening to Slipknot.

3. Taking today off.
I worked out a ton this week and my body feels like it needs a rest.

I'll be back at it tomorrow, and hopefully Monday after my MRI. :)
