Thursday, 9/29: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: good morning!

I jogged for about 2 miles, and then I went to the weight room and did shoulder press, chest press, leg adductor, leg abductor, and my usual ab routine.

I'm going to run a 5K on Saturday, so today and tomorrow, I'm taking it a bit easier on my self than usual.

3. 10 miles on the cycle
Then I did a little light shoulder work and some step-ups.

Still waiting for my MRI on Monday to see what is wrong with my neck and why I can barely use my left arm. My gym time is really the highlight of my day at this point. :)

What a great day, too! Thirty-two degrees cooler than yesterday -- 72 instead of 104! :D

8. Aaaak!
I did work out today (3 miles on the bike and 1 on the treadmill). I also had my monthly appointment with my personal trainer for my weigh-in and measurments. However I was just on vacation for two weeks and had been eating abominably and not exercising much at all. I gained 5lbs!!!

Oh the travesty.
