Monday 9/26: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: good morning!

I jogged 3 miles and then did the tricep curl, the lat-pulldown and the pec machines in the weight room. I also did my knee work.

This coming Saturday I'm running a 5K. I'm hoping to beat my time from my last 5K which was 44:35 (yes, I know, I'm slow--I make the tortoise look good).

What's up w/ you guys?

4. Hi everyone!
:hi:

I've been in Chicago for business, yuck. (Not yuck to Chicago, yuck to work ;-)). Thankfully, this is my last business trip this year (I hope, because it totally screws up my workout schedule!). (Not to mention I always eat like a cow when out of town.)

Anyway, I'm back to my routine....I did Step Heaven this morning. :-)

5. Bleh, I did, buuuuuut...
I'm still getting over a cold. I am feeling 80% there mentally, so I figured I'd give it a try. I'm always AMAZED at how much ground I can lose in just a few days. I feel totally weak and pathetic.

Anyway, I did a quicky workout today, was exhausted and had no energy. I think I'll do a Monday, Wednesday, Friday short session deal this week, and I have to skip all of next week for other reasons.

Oh, I'm gonna be so pathetic come mid October!

6. I rode 12 miles home in 104-degree heat!
You can bet the first thing I did is jump in the pool! Boy, did that feel good. :)
