Thursday, 9/22: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi:

I jogged for 3 miles this morning and then went into the strength equipment room and worked the tricep curl, the lat pulldown, and the pectoral machines, and I did my usual knee work.

What's up w/ you folks today?

1. I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga.
I can tell that I have pushed myself this week, my muscles are aching.

5. Today was back and bicep day. 30 min. of cardio, too.
I'm taking the weekend off as I'll be in DC. :)

I was so hoping to go, but I ended up being thankful that I didn't book a flight, with my car needing work this week and all, I would have had some money problems if I had spent my rainy day fund.

One of these days I'll get around to meeting more of the DU faithful.

7. 30 minutes on the elliptical for me, too!
I couldn't ride my bike today due to my schedule so I snuck it in and I'm so glad! Time for me to be a bit more creative in working out. :)
