Wednesday, 9/21: I worked out today--did you?
My gym has hired a hit-man (hit-person, I guess). She works under the guise of a fitness instructor. Her name is Shelley and she runs the spinning class. And she's trying to kill me.

The last part of the class today, she had us climbing a long hill that got steeper as you got to the top. I reached the point where I thought I was giving it all I had and she says "Ok, we're half-way up the hill!"

After class was over she told me that the look I shot her was precious.

I told her that I knew she had it in for me and that it was only a matter of time.

When I was done spinning for the day, I went into the weight room and did ab work, leg abductor and adductor, chest press, and shoulder press.

What did you do for exercise today?
