Dropped 6.5 lbs since start of August
Not bad, eh? I have another week (3rd in a row, 4x/week workouts) of all-kettlebell (plus some jump rope) work, then I'll lift all next week at the gym, then have a low-key week for a little recovery.

The KB lifting sends my metabolism through the roof. I get so hungry every few hours it drives me nuts!

3. Here's the workout
So I alternate between two workouts, and cycle the difficulty up and down as well (sometimes by shortening rests, other times by using my 24 kg KB for some or all of the workout). Mostly I just use my 16 kg so I don't beat myself up too bad. Eventually I plan on moving to the 24 and then buying the 32 kg.

Workout A: Skip rope 100-200 times, then do a KB lfit, like 10 snatches per arm, or 30 swings, or front squats & push press, or whatever else I can think of. Repeat for a half hour.

Workout B: I'm following a workout from a recent dragondoor catalog. It goes something like:
* 20 swings alternating arms
* 14 swing & squats (I do these by starting the swing from a squat position)
* 20 bodyweight squats
* 4 snatches, high pulls, cleans, 2x per arm
* 14 S&S
* 20 BW squats
* 2 clean, press, windmill, 2x per arm
* 14 S&S
* 20 BW squats
* 8 pushups with one hand on the KB, repeat other arm
* 8 rows, one hand on ground, repeat.
* Repeat pushups & rows 3x total.

And when you can do the whole thing TWICE with minimal rest, get a bigger KB. I can do it once with only one cycle of pushups/rows. I no longer want to projectile vomit at the end of it, so I'm making progress :D

5. Hard core and inspiring
I may try something like that when I come back from vacation in October.

Have you looked at any of the adjustable weight KBs? Like this one http://www.uskettlebells.com/

7. Excellent
I have found that eating every few hours is the way to go. Eating costantly can make your metabolism stay in high gear all day long
