Friday, 9/16: I worked out today--did you?
Good morning! :hi:

I jogged for 3 miles this morning, and then went into the strength equipment room for tricep curl, leg adductor, lat pull-down and my usual knee work (which is ball squats, roman deadlifts, and the leg extender).

Ya know... I love working out! I do, I love it. It makes me feel.... smart, powerful, and alive. Why didn't I do this years ago?

Cheers!

10. Thank you
I am enjoying taking control of my health. I had to cut loose a little tonight, though. For the first time in two months I went overboard on my diet. But a friend from Colorado came to visit me and we both had a good time today so I think it's worth it.
