Friday, 9/9: I worked out today--did you? (The TGIF edition)
What's better than a 2.85 jog along the river w/ your mp3 player?

A jog along the river w/ your mp3 player on a FRIDAY!!!!!

I feel so good today.... nothing can touch me! (Well, not nothing, but you know...)


I also did some ab work, the leg abductor, the chest press, the shoulder press and the pec machine.

I'm going to try to get a run in tomorrow morning too.... 6 days this week, instead of 5.


How did you all make out today?

1. I did my kick boxing, pilates & yoga this morning.
Will take a walk at lunch.

4. 3.5 mile walk in 1hour
I'm going to go for my marathon walks this weekend. I'm going to try to walk 10 miles both Saturday and Sunday.

6. mp3 players are a godsend
I just gotta get some new mp3s for mine!

I did the aerobics part of Low Impact Step (and just so you know, the execerises were *not* low impact!). :-)

Somehow I pulled a muscle on my right hand side ribs yesterday during a light workout. Ow.

10. Not today
I got up, then had to go to the office for some business prior to my upcoming vacation. With all of the traffic, stop lights, and yutzes on the road, by the time I got to the office I had a migraine complete with vertigo and drowsiness. Needless to say I did not feel up to working out. I'm planning on going to the club on my way home from work later this morning to make up for it.
