Monday, 9/5: I worked out today--did you?
Hi folks!

I jogged four miles this morning. It felt pretty good. I'm still slow as molasses, but I enjoy it so much I see no need to hurry. :silly:

What did you do for exercise today?

3. Yes I did. Just got in
I did a 4.5 mile walk along the river levey on the bike trail. I'll be going out and doing it again tonight with a friend.

My gym was closed today for the holiday so I'm not able to get my weight lifting in. But I've been thinking about shit canning the weights and just walking all the time at least until I get down to my target weight. Then maybe I'll start lifting again and making muscles.

I've walked 7.5 miles a day the last two days. Today I'll walk 9 miles. I'm thinking about doing that all the time. Thing is I only have time for 4 miles before work and when I get off work it's 1 o'clock in the morning. The gym is closed then. I can walk along the levy, but there's no lights. Kinda spooky when you're by yourself. We'll see how it goes.

5. Yep
I didn't do the treadmill because I was short on time, but I did an extra mile on the bike as I can do one mile in 4 minutes or less there whereas it takes 18-20 minutes on the treadmill. I also did the entire weight circuit.
