The 7-Minute Rotator Cuff Solution
This is mostly for Miss Millie but may be a good book for others with shoulder problems. This book is out of print and hard to find but try to get it and follow the exercises. I had to have one shoulder repaired and the other has impingment that gives me lots of problems. Follow the exercises in this book and it will help keep your shoulders healthy.

1. I'll check that out and see if I can find it.
I am having trouble with my left shoulder. In fact, I'm getting ready to leave for PT in a few minutes for the rotator cuff and my neck. Thanks for the recommendation. :)

3. thank you seemunkee
I'm finding I'm having pretty good success w/ the following routine:

Inbound commute (6:00 a.m.):ice
morning workout (7:15 a.m.): movement
morning break (9:00 a.m.): tylenol

and then 3 other times during the day I ice it and then move it, and I feed myself the tylenol.

This afternoon, I don't even feel like I have a problem, which is the first time in 6 days that I can say that.

I wish I didn't wake up in pain though...

5. If thats working for you great
I thought the standard protocol was to use heat, exercise, then ice. That is what they did at PT for elbow tendonitis and my shoulder rehab. But what works is what you shuold stick with.

7. I would recommend ibuprofin over Tylonol
Obviously I'm not an MD but my docs have always insisted on ibuprofin over tylonol. 800mg will help with most any pain. Did your doc tell you to take the tylonol?

9. Ahh, there ya go
It had to be something like that because every doctor I've ever talked to loves ibuprofin. Good luck with the rotator cuff rehabilitation.

6. Try here
I ordered mine from Health for Life directly but I did hear that they were having problems filling orders. Some people waited months to get it and I see now their website is down.
