Can you still run with a partial meniscus
I had part of my meniscus removed in May. Doc said I could begin light jogging in August, but I'm worried about the friction between the bones.

1. i guess it depends on how much was removed
i had meniscus removed from one of my knees years ago and i run with no problem in that knee. i'm a plodder...no gazelle...and only do about 10 miles a week in a good week, but it never bothers me.

i'd say try it. ramp up slowly. if you have no pain, go for it.

2. Thanks!
I'm definitely going to take off some weight with swimming and biking first, but eventually I'd like to work up to a triathlon. Good to know, thanks!
