And I'm a big fat guy. So you've got no excuses as far as I'm concerned.

I did a 2 mile walk today at a 4 mph clip. I'm still thinking on increasing my distance, but 2 miles still feels like a pretty good workout to me so I may stick with it for a while.

I also stepped on the scales today and I'm down 12 pounds to 265. I lost that in about 4.5 weeks. I hope I can keep losing at that rate. I should be looking pretty good by Christmas if I can.

2. Excellent
I couldn't swim a quarter mile to save my life, let alone what you do for the rest of your workout.

4. yup, got my hour in on the treadmill and i just got back from
the sports place where i bought a Harbinger resistance cable, i need to be doing some strength training now but i want to go at my own pace and this looked like a good, i've had a few different ones over the years but this is better quality and it was only $14. Tomorrow is my off day but i might actually go outside and have a walk anyhow.

7. Yup... I'm playing with supersets
though I really don't know what I'm doing. I did chest and back today. I got a lot done in not quite as long as usual, which is nice, but I tired out pretty quickly and don't feel as worked as usual.

Hmmmmm...
