Saturday 8/6. I worked out today. Did you?
I did a two mile walk. I wish I could say that I ran some as well, but my knees have been hurting me and that is due to me running. So it will just have to be walking for me on the days I'm not lifting. Hell, I'm 100 pounds overweight so I guess walking is a pretty good workout for me.

2. I always walk instead of run if I feel tired or out of sorts.
Besides, doesn't walking burn the same number of calories as running, provided you go the same distance, etc? The main reason I ever run is to save time.
