Wednesday,8/3: I did not work out today--what about you?
I've definitely pulled an abdominal muscle, so I took the day off.

I'll be on vacation for the rest of this week and all of next week, and will not drive to work to use the gym here, but I will jog regularly (and I will post updates).

1. Take care of that muscle.
Yikes.

I'll be walking through three airports today, so that should give me a bit of exercise. I am also adding some "weights" for an extra benefit. :D

3. I sure didn't want to, but I did
Upper body work out and a 1 mile walk. I'm glad I did it now, but when I woke up this morning I was feeling like taking the day off. My knees are starting to feel better now that I've stopped jogging.

4. I'm heading to the gym now
I'll hit my back, traps, bis, and abs. Maybe 20 minutes of cardio of I'm not puking after the weights.

6. me....
I did Rhythmic Step. I'm also going to try an experiment and see if I can alternate 200 lunges or 200 squats every evening while watching TV. A friend of mine did this and boy, did she shape her legs!

9. Whoa!!!
Were these bodyweight lunges and squats, or weighted? If that's weighted, you are a manic (in a good way).

7. No, I didn't make my scheduled workout this morning.
After a day and a half with the extended family for a funeral with a feuding branch of the family, I experienced enough force and resistance that I thought it should count as a workout. :yoiks: The alarm went off and I rolled over. I plan to redeem myself tomorrow.

8. i did!
Finally back on track. I did 40 minutes of pilates and 30 minutes of cardio.

I'm about to start a proper office job again (I've been working out of my house), so unless I really make it a priority, it's going to be hard for me to stay motivated. But you guys are rather an inspiration!
