Thursday 7/28, I worked out this morning. Did you?
I got up very early this morning, the back of my legs & my butt were still hurting from yesterday's work out.
I did my kick boxing, pilates & yoga. Then spent 2 hours sorting boxes, pricing, moving boxes to my car, driving to my friend's house & unloading boxes at my friends. We are having a yard/garage sale this weekend. I feel like I got a double work out this morning, all before work.

1. Well you'd have to be early to beat me to the pose! lol
hi!

I did work out this morning. I used the elliptical machine for 45 minutes and then did my ab and knee work.

Good luck on your garage sale.

2. It would be nice to make a few bucks, but mostly I am just
happy to get rid of the crap that I don't need any more.
Anything we don't sale is going to DAV, they pick up.

3. Yup
Just got in from my workout. I did upper body work with the weights and a one mile walk/run.

It's been a full week since I started working out and I've dropped almost 5 pounds. I'm also starting to move up some of the weight in my lifting workouts.

5. I always hear that swimming makes you hungry,
but it never did with me.
I think it had more to do with seeing myself in a swimsuit than anything else.

8. Yard sale! Talk about exhausting! Hope you make a lot of money!
:hi:

I rode by bike to work again. Just as I was thinking about how I had only had one rude encounter (semi blasting its horn at me,) a car with a couple of punks passed me in the OTHER direction and yelled "A**HOLE" at me just because they could. I had to laugh, though. That's what I get for thinking how easy I'd had it! :D
